When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 5 days of purchase.

How will my order be shipped?

USPS Priority mail.

What if I live in NY? Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. Just let me know you'd like to schedule a pickup, and I will refund your shipping costs via PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Items ship worldwide via USPS.  International shipping costs are displayed during checkout immediately after you enter your address.

What if I am not happy with my items?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items for a complete refund within 30 days of purchase.

What if I saw something at a craft fair, but it’s not on your website?

Just shoot me an e mail through the contact form, and I will most likely be able to make it for you.

What if I like a certain item, but want to order it in another fabrication or colorway that I see on your website?

Just shoot me an e mail through the contact, and I will most likely be able to make it for you.

What’s underneath the fabric?

I make all the items out of fabric and batting. The joan earrings are the only item with a plastic understructure, but they are still extremely lightweight. It’s important to me to make accessories that don’t restrict or distract you from doing anything that might come your way.

Who makes the items?

I do. All at my studio in Brooklyn.

Where else can I buy KWILTI?

You can only buy KWILTI through the online shop, ETSY, and at craft fairs.

What do I have to gain by joining the mailing list?
